2025 will see the beginning of the fifth season of the electrifying Junior e-Motocross Series, a competition that offers kids aged between six and eight years-old, an unforgettable experience to contest in events alongside the FIM Motocross World Championship calendar.

By competing in the series, riders will race on the same circuits as their MXGP heroes, benefit from track walks with Husqvarna Factory Racing stars, and demonstrate the true capabilities of e-powered motocross machines to a global audience.

The 2025 edition retains the same five round format, which begins on the 25th of May in France, followed by events in Germany and Great Britain in June with a conclusion of the series taking place Czech Republic for a double-header event in July – promising a summer of excitement for the youngster and their families.

Following a schedule, similar to that of the FIM Motocross World Championship, riders will first complete a timed qualifying session to determine gate pick before contesting two points-paying races. All the action can be viewed online via mxgp-tv.com with regular updates from each event posted on the MXGP social media channels.

Every young racer who competes on an EE 5 will receive Husqvarna Mobility merchandise to create a professional presence for themselves between races and should the overall series winner be mounted on an EE 5, they’ll receive an exclusive prize.

As in previous years, the series is open to riders aged 6-8 years old (age taken from January 1, 2025) and the parents/guardians of interested youngsters are encouraged to sign up today via the official website – www.junioremotocross.com – to secure a place.

Antonio Comelli – Manager Husqvarna Mobility Brand Marketing: “A new, exciting season of the Junior e-Motocross Series is just around the corner and Husqvarna Mobility’s commitment to supporting young riders passionate about pursuing their racing dreams is once again proved by the latest generation of the EE 5. This new model delivers top-tier performance, extended battery life with its advanced water-cooling system, and enhanced safety features. The success of this championship shows how important it is to support young talents and be at the forefront of electric mobility. I would like to thank all the families and children who have embraced this pioneering project, tackling the MXGP tracks with enthusiasm aboard our EE 5. I can’t wait for the starting gate to drop and wish the best of luck to all the riders”.
