In the 50s it was near-impossible to buy an off-the-shelf offroad race bike. The popularity of the sport changed that and in the early 60s Husqvarna developed a motocross-based 250cc machine that transformed the face of motorcycling. Enjoying huge success in offroad racing, the enduro bike was born.
