2022-2024 enduro and cross country models with Braktec brake systems to be inspected by an authorised Husqvarna Motorcycles dealership for replacement of the rear brake caliper.

Valid for market

At Husqvarna Motorcycles, rider safety and satisfaction are the company’s highest priorities. As part of its continuous commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and reliability, Husqvarna Motorcycles is initiating a recall of the 2022-2024 enduro and cross country models with Braktec brake systems

During market monitoring, it was identified that, under certain riding conditions, excessive loads may occur on the rear brake caliper, which could result in the rear brake caliper breaking. As a result, the rear brake caliper, including the caliper bracket, must be replaced on all motorcycles subject to the campaign.

While it is our intention to contact customers by personal letter, owners of the above-mentioned models should contact your local authorised Husqvarna Motorcycles dealership to schedule an appointment to have the rear brake caliper replaced, free of charge.

In addition, customers can easily verify whether their motorcycle is affected by visiting the “Service” section on the official website. The replacement will be performed free of charge and exclusively by authorised Husqvarna Motorcycles dealers. A full list of authorised dealerships is available on the Husqvarna Motorcycles website to help customers quickly find assistance.

Husqvarna Motorcycles is taking these immediate and preventive steps to eliminate any potential risk. By replacing the affected components on all motorcycles concerned, the company is reinforcing its commitment to rider safety and long-term trust, while ensuring peace of mind for customers.
