Husqvarna were at the forefront of road racing in the 1930s. Three decades later, the Swedish brand returned to the discipline with their 250cc engine in a motocross frame. Restricted by a tight budget and limited resources, the factory enjoyed some success on the roads with the small team of riders and mechanics eventually claiming victory at a race in Belgium, despite competing against the larger British and Japanese teams.
