The Company

Husqvarna Mobility is flourishing globally – a revitalised brand with a rich heritage. Shaped by their unique and distinct origins, where only the purest and smartest solutions could endure the rugged Scandinavian landscape. Leading the way when it comes to forward-thinking innovation, today the European premium manufacturer offers motorcycles that set the benchmark for quality, aesthetics and high performance.

Currently enjoying notable success in both sales and global racing, Husqvarna Mobility looks forward to a bright future. In recent years, the brand has changed perceptions of 2-stroke motorcycles with the introduction of throttle body injection across its full-size offroad range. This advanced technology is at the forefront of innovation and transformed the performance of each model. More recently, Husqvarna Mobility added a line-up of e-minicycles, with the pinnacle machine – the EE 5 – offering adjustable ergonomics, six ride modes, and water-cooling for extended battery life.

Husqvarna Mobility remains committed to fulfilling its progressive vision for street motorcycling, having returned to the segment in 2015 with the 701 Supermoto and 701 Enduro. As of September 2025, nearly 50,000 of these exciting models have been sold worldwide. In addition to the introduction and subsequent expansion of the exciting Vitpilen and Svartpilen family, Husqvarna Mobility has broadened its diverse line-up with the Norden 901. The unique travel motorcycle features a twin-cylinder engine, advanced rider ergonomics, and high performance based on years of rally experience, in a distinct modern design.

Considered to be Europe’s most technologically advanced motorcycle hub, Husqvarna Mobility’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Mattighofen, Austria, are strategically located near their Research & Development departments, their motorsports building and their partners KTM Components GmbH and WP Suspension GmbH. Synergies between these key operations brings this pioneering vision to reality.

Throughout its 122-year-history, the brand has experienced several transformations. Under the ownership of PIERER Mobility AG since 2013, Husqvarna Mobility has enjoyed its most successful era to date, selling over 470,000 motorcycles worldwide, with 232,000 of those sold during the last four years. Following this steep upward trajectory since 2013, the brand continues to focus on increased growth, reaching new markets and the continued development of a wider motorcycle range.

In addition to its legacy as a brand, Husqvarna Mobility’s growth goes hand-in-hand with a long heritage of success in on-road (early years) and offroad competition. Using world-class competition to develop its products, Husqvarna Mobility strives for excellence through Husqvarna Factory Racing competing in MXGP, SuperEnduro, and Hard Enduro. In the USA, Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing contests AMA Supercross, Pro Motocross, SuperMotocross and various enduro championships. With world titles, race victories, and consistent success across global offroad racing disciplines, Husqvarna Mobility continues to be a dominant force.

Since 2020, Husqvarna Factory Racing has secured numerous prestigious championship titles. Billy Bolt remains unbeaten in the FIM SuperEnduro World Championship, with the British rider also winning the 2021 FIM Hard Enduro World Championship. Kay de Wolf claimed the 2024 FIM MX2 Motocross World Championship, while in the USA, Zach Osborne was crowned 2020 AMA 450 Pro Motocross Champion with RJ Hampshire winning the 250SX West title in 2024. In addition, the team secured the 2023 FIM World Rally-Raid Championship courtesy of Luciano Benavides.

Between 2020 and 2024, Husqvarna Mobility entered the Moto3TM World Championship to underline its diverse racing capabilities, securing two race wins and multiple podium results on the asphalt. Looking to the future, the brand will continue to focus on competing in offroad competition at the highest levels of racing.
